Miss Lois Corbett and Mr. Thorpe, state leaders, will visit various clubs about 'the county and select champions from each group Tuesday and Wednesday. The chosen will exhibit at Scottville. To Go to East Lansing-. The champions at Scottville will go to East Lansing in July for state club week.

Thursday's event will open at 9 o'clock with a health clinic. i From then until 12 o'clock, who desire to enter health contest may apply to "Mrs. W. J. Cook, who will be at Community hall.

Each child will be examined by a physician 4nd attendant. Winners will-be announced at the close of the day's session. Those desiring to enter the contest may apply early in the morning to the state leaders. Each club is entitled to a judging team that will compete for county honors in judging. Miss Vera Wagner has charge of the music contest this year and all members desiring to en- 'ter this contest are to apply to Miss Wagner, who will begin work at 10 o'clock in the assem- bly room of Community hall.

Tentative plans for the clay have been made by Mrs. Edwin Mohler and Mrs. Floyd (Wood. The health contest, the 'music contest and judging Of clothing and handicraft will take place in the morning hours. Schedule Is Given.

MERCHANTS DECORATE IN HONOR OF REBEKAHS Merchants and city officials have co-operated in making the city attractive for the Rebekah district meeting being held in Scottville today. Merchants are using the Rebekah colors of pink and green; and the I.

O. O. F. emblem decorates store windows. Community hall presents an impressive; appearance with its pink and green decorations and emblems.

Mrs. Jessie Wcage, assembly president, of Coldwater and Mrs. Eva Smith, state secretary, of Grand Rapids are among the officers in attendance. Dinner is being served at 6:30 at the Methodist Episcopal social rooms under the direction of Mrs. David Falconer and her committee from the Ladies' Aid society.
