Duncan finished with 23 points and 14 rebounds as the U.S. won the gold medal with a 10-0 record.

The U.S. and Argentina had qualified for the Olympics heading into Sunday night's game. The U.S. was the only team that averaged more than 100 points per game (with a victory margin of more than 30 per game) and the only team with fewer than three losses. Puerto Rico beat Canada 79-66 for the final Olympic berth behind 21 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and seven blocks from Jose Ortiz, who is looking to return to the NBA at 38.

Figure skating champ arrested AVON, Conn. Olympic gold medalist Alexei Yagudin was charged Sunday with drunken driving after being pulled over for speeding. Yagudin, 23, who trains at the International Skating Center of Connecticut in nearby Simsbury, was driving his 2003 Mercedes when he was stopped by an Avon police officer at about 12:40 am. The four-time world champion was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, traveling too fast and making an improper lane change without signaling. MSU sports Men soccer team loses 3-1 EAST LANSING Despite out-shooting Loyola Marymount 14-7, the Michigan State men's soccer team lost 3-1 at Old College Field on Monday in the MSURadisson Fall Classic.

Kellen Kalso converted a penalty kick at the 88:44 mark to narrow the gap to 2-1 before the Lions (1-1) scored again in the final minute. MSU (1-1), which trailed 1-0 at half-time, got two saves from Mike Robinson. LMU's goalie made seven saves. Michigan, which blanked Loyola 2-0 on Sunday, beat Xavier on Monday by the same 1-0 score that MSU managed against the Musketeers on Sunday. The Spartans will play at Indiana-Purdue-Fort Wayne on Sunday at 4 p.m.
