Mr. Balrd was 63 years old. Both were born In Wayne County near Patterson, Mo. Mr. Balrd was formerly a baker in Poplar Bluff, retiring ten years ago when he came to St.

Funeral services for Walter Otto L. Swanzey. Otto L. Swanzey, 49-year-old president of the Shelton Hat 1110 Washington avenue, died yesterday morning in Hotel Pennsylvania in New York City while on a business trip. He was found unconscious xn bed and died before he could be taken to a hospital.

Mr. Swanzey was a former member of the board of directors of the Chamber 'of Commerce and served as president of the Sales Managers' Bureau of the Chamber of Commerce in 1925-1935. In 1927 he was president of the Scottish Rite Club, and was a member of the Meridian Masonic Lodge for more than twenty-five years. Mr. Swanzey was born In St.
