Wadsworth. who has acted as dean of this unique Summer school, said in outlining its work and announcing the plans for the Kail campaign: The entire world has been laid out in divisions, and the United States especially has been cut up into many parts, and each division has a division "airman. The territorial size of the division depends on the number of Harvard men within it. In some cases a division is a city; in other aases It includes one State or more. We have already 3 division chair men.

These In many rases will appoint local chairmen. Each chairman, whether divisional or local, will have a committee of anywhere from 10 to 60 men. These committees, in turn, will appoint canvassers. On each one of these com- will he graduates of the dif ferent professional school.
