ST. LOUIS STAR-TIMES THURSDAY EVENING, JUNE 27, 1940. ST.LOUIS STAR-TIMES TWENTY-THREE Ham for a Crowd JOB SERVICE CHIEF LAUDS GRADUATES OF TRADE SCHOOLS almond extract. Stand, for about ten minutes, stirring several times. Chill, then add cream (do not whip the cream).

Freer In hand freezer, using three parts ice to one part salt Remove dasher, then pack for two hours In four parts Ice and one part salt. This will ripen the ice cream and give it a smoother peach pulp, hk cup (or more to taste) sugar. teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon lemon Juice, 1 cup heavy cream, well whipped; 1 cup evaporated milk. Sprinkle sugar over peach pulp and let tand ten minutes. Then add salt and lemon juice.

Stir and let stand five minutes. Combine gently the whipped cream and undiluted evaporated milk. Add to peach pulp mixture. Freeze in re frigerator tray until mushy. Remove from tray and scrape bottom and sides until smooth.

Return to tray and freeze for three hours more. For Band Freeser. Three cups fresh peach pulp, teaspoon salt. 14 cups sugar. teaspoon almond extract, 1 quart cream, tablespoous lemon juice.
