Fowlerville Damman, George 86, retired farmer, died Tuesday. Services 11 a.m. Friday at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Fowlerville. Barclay, Marvin St.

Johns, Ml Marvin Barclay (92) of St. Johns, Michigan, passed on to eternal life on January 7, 2004. He was born on August 27, 1911, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, one of a set of identical twins. Marvin was a retired employee of Federal Mogul Corporation, going from the shipping department into supervision. In his early years he worked for the A ana Kroger stores and sold insurance for Prudential Insurance for a short time.

Marvin was a member of the Masonic Lodge, the St. Johns Exchange Club and various golf leagues. He was a lifetime member of the First United Methodist Church and served on many committees in several different communities. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth and his daughter Joan. Marvin and Ruth were married for sixty-seven years.

Surviving are daughters, Doris (Ronald) Potter of Medina, Ohio and Beverly (Alan) Davis of St. Johns, Michigan and four grandsons: John (Jenny) Potter, James Potter, Marc Matson and Aaron Davis. He also had five great-grandchildren: Nicholas, Nathan, Nash, Nora and Jessica Potter. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 9, 2004, at the First United Methodist Church in St. Johns, Michigan at 2:00 P.M., burial at Mt.

Rest Cemetery with Rev. Margery Schleicher and Pastor Jim Dibbet officiating. Visiting hours at the Osgood Funeral Home will be on Thursday, January 8, 2004, from 3-5 and 6-8 P.M. Born November 4, 1949 in Dobb-sville, MS. Mr. Allen was a very devoted husband, father, brother and friend. After his mothers death, he helped raise his brothers and sisters. He lived life to the fullest and adored his grandchildren.

He was employed with the Lansing School District since 1974 and loved fishing, camping and going to the casmo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Allie Mae Allen and Roosevelt M. Carthen, brother, William Carson and sister, Esther. Surviving are his wife, Charlene; children, Homer (Kesha) Allen, Jr. of Lansing, Iguasicao "Tony" (Lisa) Benavidez of Lansing, Shawn (Susie) Benavidez of Haslett and Rose Benavidez of Lansing; 10 grandchildren; 6 brothers, Roosevelt (Sheila) Carson, David Allen, Pierre Carson, Robert (Chris) Allen, James Carson and Chris Allen, all of Lansing; 6 sisters, Eleanor Carson, Rose Washington, Minnie Carthen, Mary (Joe) Moore, Vickie Allen and Ann Allen, all of Lansing; special friend, Johnny Green.

-r-- Hartwick, Helen M. (nee)Kamienski East Lansing, Ml Born April 20, 1918, in Detroit, MI. Entered into eternal life January 6, 2004. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest O. Hartwick.

She is survived by her children, Janice Dressel (David) and Gayle Skubick (Tim); her grandchildren, Shawn Smith (Tim), Mark Dressel (Sue White), Sherri Dressel (Mark Neidhold), Nicole Wright (Andy), and Mike Schmidt (Lisa); ana her greatgrandchildren, Caroline, Molly, and Luke Smith, Anastacia (Stacie) and Angelina (Angie) Dressel, Gavin and Elizabeth (Libby) Wright, and Baby Schmidt to be born soon. Helen graduated with honors from Detroit's Northeastern High School in 1936 and worked for Plymouth Motors until she and Ernie moved to Minneapolis (Edina) MN, where Ernie eventually founded Hartwick Realty. While in Minneapolis, she worked for HarGrow Manufacturing, Davidson-Boutell Interior Design, and Hiram Walker, Inc. She moved to Traverse City in 1994 and to East Lansing in 1998. She was confirmed on May 17, 1931, was a member of St.

Peter's Lutheran Church in Edina, MN for over 40 years and of Martin Luther Chapel since moving to East Lansine. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 9, 2 PM at Martin Luther Chapel, 444 Abbott East Lansing, with the Rev. David Dressel, Pastor, officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Gorsline-Runciman Co. East Chapel, 1730 E.

Grand River Avenue, East Lansing and at the Church Friday from 1-2 PM. Interment will follow in Minneapolis, MN at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the Martin Luther ChapeL Popoff, Catherine L. Lansing, Ml Age 90, passed away on January 5, 2004. She was born on December 7, 1913, in Macedonia, and had lived in Lansing most of her life.

Mrs. Popoff and her husband owned and operated Primeat Provision Company, was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, ABMA, and the Philoptochos Society. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Lewis A. Popoff in 1996; daughter, Deanna; daughter-in-law, Penny; 2 brothers, Nicholas and Boris Balcoff. Surviving are: son, Daniel (Geor-gana) Popoff; grandchildren, Alexis.

Lewey (Kathryn) and Nick Popoff; 1 great granddaughter, Penny; sister, Frances Fratengelo and many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 9, 2003, at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1701 E. Saginaw with Dr. Mark Sietsema, Priest, officiating.

Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. She was born on November 11, 1928 in Newport, RI to Russell "Red" (who was a popular entertainer in the 30's and 40's on the east coast) and Emily (Shaw) Doherty. Carol retired from the State of Michigan Library after 28 years of service, where she met many wonderful people. She also volunteered in the archives as well. Carol was always willing to help out those in need.

Mr. Reinhart was employed at the City of Lansing for 25 years, retiring in 1988 as the Sealer of Weights and Measures.

He was a former member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church, was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the U.S. Navy, and was a member of the American Legion in Lady Lake, FL Mr. Reinhart was a member of the Grand Ledge Country Club for over 20 years. He was past president of the Northwest Kiwanis Club, and a member and past president of Old Newsboys Association.

He was also a member of Hope Lutheran Church in The Villages and the Orange Blossom Garden Lions Club, as well as a past resident of the Port St. Lucie ions Club and a founding board member of the St. Lucie County Boys and Girls Club. Surviving are: his wife of 50 years, Helen; daughter, Debra (John) Kogelman of Plainfield, IL; son-in-law, Erick Cotton; 2 grandchildren, Nicholas Kogleman and Amanda Sue Cotton; sister, Betty Jane (Edward) rearhood of Battle Creek, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death Dy his parents, Annabelle and Albert Reinnart, and daughter, Sharon A.

Ruth married Kenneth Donald Harris, Sr. on October 6, 1934 and he preceded her in death October 29, 200L She is survived by 3 sons, Keith (Barbara) Harris of Clinton Township, Kenneth (To-honna) Harris, Jr. and Kirk (Cne-rie) Harris of Laingsburg; 8 grandchildren, Steven (Cheryl) Harris, Pamela (Mikel) Champine, Tamra (Theodore) Ashley, Andrea Harris, Kenneth D.
