PROJECTED BUILDINGS. C. B. J. Snyder, Superintendent of Public School Buildings, has plans and specifications In preparation for two new school buildings to be erected for the city.

One of the proposed structures is to occupy a plot on the north side of Hester Street, between Orchard and Ludlow Streets. It will be of five stories, and will have a total frontage of 125 and a depth of 175 feet. The ground floor is to be used for play yards; the second, third, and fourth stories areto be fitted up for class and assembly rooms; the fifth story is to be devoted to a gymnasium and the training department. There will be rooms for the classes In modeling, cooking, sewing, carpentry, and calisthenics. The roof will contain an open play yard, over which will be a wire mh spread over Iron trusses.

The cost will be about 200.inI. The entire block between Seventy-seventh and Seventy-eighth Strets, on the east side cf Avenue A. is to be used as the site for th other nublic school building for which Mr. Snyder Is drawing plans. This struct ure, which will cost about S190.000.
