The property is served by a five-car switch running the length of the lot. Heating equipment consists of three separate plants, one heating 2,500 square feet of office space on the east side of the first floor, another providing heat for 2,500 square feet of office space on the west side of the first floor, and a third serving the second floor but large enough to serve the entire building.
