"Peg" Pankratz, age 95, of 813 Madison Street, Manitowoc, died late Wednesday morning, June 29, 2016 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc. She was born on February 21, 1921 in Kohler, daughter of the late John Gertrude Boerner. Peg was a graduate of Kohler High School.

On July 17, 1943 she married Donald M. Pankratz in Kohler. He preceded her in death on April 8, 2009. Survivors include three sons: Donald L. Pankratz, Manitowoc, Robert Pankratz, Manitowoc, Mark Pankratz and Nancy Fry, Clearwater, two brothers: Jake Boerner, Sheboygan, John Boerner, and two sisters-in-law: Jeanette Pankratz, AZ and Lucille Pankratz, Manitowoc.

Other relatives and friends also survive. Harteau, Donna M. Harteau, age 87, a Manitowoc resident, formerly of Two Rivers, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2016 at North Ridge Med Rehab Center, Manitowoc. Donna was born April 29, 1929 in Oconto, daughter of the late Clarence and Clara (Bar-ribeau) Smith. She graduated from Oconto Senior High School with the class of 1948.

Donna worked in food distribution for Newcap in Oconto. She enjoyed fishing, camping, dancing, singing in various choirs and karaoke and especially the time she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Donna belonged to various church choirs and was a member of the Elks Club. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law: Julie TerLaan and Pat-ti Lynn Kevin Wille, all of Beaver Dam; two sons and daughters-in-law: Scott Cindy Harteau, Whitelaw; Christopher Julie Harteau, Sturgeon Bay; 13 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and two sisters: Angela Langsing, Green Bay; Pat Sohrwei-ele, Marinette. Donna was preceded in death by one brother John "Jack" E.

Kroeger, age 88, of Two Rivers, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016 at Manitowoc Healthcare Center, Manitowoc. Elaine was born August 15, 1927 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Frank and Blanche (Hostak) Riha. She graduated from Washington High School, Two Rivers with the class of 1946. On September 10, 1949 she was united in marriage to Marlyn Kroeger in Two Rivers. He preceded her in death on April 16, 2011.

Elaine was employed in the office at Eggers Plywood from 1946 1951 in Two Rivers. She also worked as a secretary at Calvary Lutheran Church from November 1968 until her retirement in November 1997. Elaine was a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity since it began in the Manitowoc-Two Rivers area. She joined Grace Congregational Church in 1947 where she participated in many committees and organizations. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Dee Jeff Davis, Wausau; Diane Gary Ei-genberger, Green Bay; one son and daughter-in-law: Dean Mary Kroeger, Two Rivers; five grandchildren: Carmen (John) Davis Lombard, Kimberly Davis, Chandra Eigenberger, Lisa Kroeger Kevin Kroeger; three great grandchildren: Davis, Emma and Anna Lombard; one brother and sister-in-law: Eldon Alice Riha, Manitowoc; and a sister-in-law: Shirley Riha, Kiel.

She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Elaine was preceded in death by two sisters and brothers-in-law: Gladys Louis Young; Viola John Marek; one Elaine HI brother Merlin Riha; and two half sisters: Frances Riha and Rose Doberstein. The family will greet relatives and friends at the Klein Stangel Funeral Home (1420 22nd Street), Two Rivers, on Friday, July 8, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until The visitation will continue on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 9:30 a.m.

Sister Marialee Lamantia, age 68, a member of the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity, died Friday, July 1, 2016 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc. The former Nancy Lamantia was born on August 16, 1947 in Steu-benville, Ohio, daughter of the late Anthony and Helen (Grossi) Lamantia.

She entered the Convent in 1969 and professed her vows in 1971. Sister Marialee earned a Licensed Practical Nurse Certificate through BM Spurr School of Nursing, Glen Dale, West Virginia, Bachelor of Arts Degree from Silver Lake College of the Holy Family, Manitowoc, Wisconsin; Master of Arts Degree in Administration from San Francisco, California; and a School Counseling Certification from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Sister Marialee served as a primary teacher at St. Bernadette, Apple-ton, St. John the Baptist, Plymouth, St.

Aloysius, Kaukauna, Wisconsin; Immaculate Conception, Yuma, Arizona; San Roque, Santa Barbara, California; SS. Peter and Paul, Wellston, Ohio and Guardian Angels, West Point, Nebraska; principal at St. Mary, Greenleaf and St. Anne, Francis Creek, Wisconsin; school counselor and helper at St. Boniface, Manitowoc; St.

Joseph, Green Bay; St. Mary, Menasha; St. Francis Catholic School, Manitowoc; and various tasks at Holy Family Convent, Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Sister Marialee also was caretaker of her parents in Apopka, Florida. He was born August 13, 1928 in the Town of Rantoul to Ruben and Louel- la Wenzel. He graduated from Brillion High School with the class of 1945. He proudly served as a Cpl. with the 213rd Field Artillery Battalion near Seoul, Korea in 1952 and 1953 receiving several medals and awards. Glenn married the former Annis Tor-rison on June 29, 1951 in Columbia, South Carolina.

She preceded him in death on February 1 20 14 following 62 years of marriage. Upon discharge he was employed for a short time at Lake to Lake Dairy followed by owning and operating Ledge Grove Dairy Farm. In his retirement he enjoyed woodworking and puttering in his garden and was an avid Brewer and Packer fan. Glenn was a lifetime member for Peace Evangelical Reformed Church Potter, serving on the church consistory. Glenn is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Richard and JoAnn Wenzel of rural Reedsville and their 4 children, daughter and son-in-law: Joan and Jerry Behnke of Mani- Stechmesser, Helen J.

Helen was born on February 28, 1931, in Green Bay, daughter of the late George and Johanna (Ver-hasselt) Fritsch. Following graduation from Appleton Senior High School and Outagamie County Teacher's College, she taught in the New Holstein ana Chilton area until she met Earl Stechmesser, who became the love of her life. They were married at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sherwood on June 13, 1953.

Helen took great pride in her bookkeeping, which led to her becoming a dedicated employee at A.A. Laun Furniture Company, where she was a bookkeeper for 34 years, until her retirement. Helen was an active member at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed embroidering, solving puzzles of all kinds, and playing cards, especially Sheephead.

Helen and Earl also took great pleasure in dancing, as well as traveling around the country, which led them to virtually every state. Helen is survived by Earl, her husband of 63 years; a sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Francis Orth; a sister-in-law, Mabel Stechmesser; and many special nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
