Warner of Syracuse and the owner of the Physicians Building at 40 to 44 East Forty-first Street Is about to exercise his option to purchase the residence on the southeast corner of Mad-leon Avenue and Forty-first Street. The property is owned by Mrs. Abble H.

Thompson, and It was leased about two years ago by Mr. Warner for three years, with the privilege of buying at any time within that period. Th house adjoins the Physicians" Building. which has been a marked success since it was opened two years ago. At the time the Thompson house was leased it was aid that Mr.

Warner Intended to erect an addition to the doctors' building In the future, but in view of the commercial value of property close to the Orand Central terminal, this plan may be abandoned. Mr. Warner also owns the residence at 2f Madison Avenue, adjoining the Thompson house, which he bought In lull from the estate of Frederick A. Adams. The Queensboro Corporation will Inaugurate Its development on the Bar-clay-Dugro tract at Elmhurst by the erection of a five-story tenement and stores at the corner of Jackson Avenue and Twenty-fifth Street at a cost of $30,000 and three five-story brick tenements on Twenty-fifth Street at a cost of $60,000.
