Tuesday in St. Eulalia Catholic Church, 1851 S. 9th Maywood. Mrs. O'Rourke died Saturday in St.

Andrew's Home, Niles. She is survived by two daughters, Agnes Atherton and Patricia, a member of the order of Sisters of Charity; and two sons, William J. and James B. Samuel Sachnoff Services for Samuel Sachndff, 80, a retired Loop bank executive, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel at 111 Skokie Wilmette.

Mr. Sachnoff, of Evanston and later of Sunrise, died Friday in a nursing home in Northbrook. For 51 years, Mr. Sachnoff worked for the First National Bank of Chicago, retiring in 1968 as an assistant vice president. He is survived by his wife, Fay; two daughters, Betty Levinson and Gretchen Uslander; seven grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters, Jacob Shalin Services for Jacob Shalin, 82, a retired Internal Revenue Service supervisor, will be held at 10 a.m.

Tuesday in the chapel at 9200 Skokie Skokie. Mr. Shalin, of West Rogers Park, died Saturday in a Skokie nursing home. He was involved with the Illinois Children's Hospital School. Survivors include his wife, Pauline; a daughter, Claudia Lenz; son, Kenneth; four grandchildren; and a sister.

John M. Toolis Mass for John M. Toolis, 63, will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Bede the Venerable Roman Catholic Church, 8200 S.

Kostner Ave. Mr. Toolis, of the Southwest Side, died Friday in Christ Hospital, Oak Lawn. He worked as a conductor for more than 30 years with the Chicago and North Western Railroad before he retired in 1981. Survivors include his wife, Margaret, and a sister, William C.

Wagner Sr. Mass for William C. Wagner E.J. Andre; Uncle Jed on TV's 'Little House' HOLLYWOOD actor E.J, Andre, who played Uncle Jed on television's "Little House on the Prairie" and appeared in such films as, Ten Commandments" and "Papillon," has died at age 76. A memorial service was held Sunday at the Assistance League Playhouse.

Wagner, of the Northwest Side, died Thursday in Resurrection Hospital. He was the chief service officer of Park Ridge Post 3579 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Willen, 70, a retired vice president of the First National Bank of Chicago, died Sunday in cal Center.

Mr. Willen, of Crystal Rush-Presbyterian-St. St. Luke's MediLake, worked for the bank for 44 years before retiring in 1977. He was named vice president in the commercial banking department in 1966.
