Wayne Mills, 76, who was born in Laurens, S.C., and feared on his father's plantation there before moving to Phoenix in 1912. Mr.

Mills, who resided the past eight years in Mayer, died Sunday in St. Joseph's Hospital. He had been part owner of Byersfield and Mills refrigeration and radio appliance dealership and affiliated with the Associated Grocers before retiring in 1932 due to ill health. He was a member of Arizona Masonic Lodge 2, El Zari- bah Shrine, the Sciots, Elks Lodge, Phoenix Trap and Skeet Gun Club and Church of All Faiths. Services will be at 11 a.m.

tomorrow in A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. Friends may call there from 3 to 10 p.m.

George Billingsley GLENDALE-George Co bin Billingsley, 71, a retired carpenter, died Sunday in a Phoenix hospital. Mr. Billingsley, 6016 W. Glendale, was a member of Carpenters Union 1089. Born in Ava, he came to Phoenix 26 years ago from Shelby, Iowa, and had resided in Glendale since 1960.

Services will be at 10 a.m. 'tomorrow in Chapel of Chimes, 5852 W. Glenn Drive. Friends may call there from 7 to 9 p.m. today.

Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include a son, Elmer of Omaha, three daughters, Merna Billingsley, Mrs. Leta Dixon and Mrs. Mark Miller, all of Phoenix; and 10 grandchildren. MESA Mrt ft Maude Lafie, 80, who td AriZo.

rta as a child 76 years ago, died Sunday: in Doctors Hospital in Phoenix. Mrs. Lane, 1015 University, traveled with her family by covered wagon from -Afflarilto, site on Tonte Greek near the location of Roosevelt Dam, She married James A Lane in 1906 at Roosevelt. Mr. Lane helped build Roosevelt Dam and worked for.the Salt River Project 42 years, the family moved to Mesa about 1936.

Mrs. Lane was a member of Chapter 16 of the Order of Eastern Star and was active in church and civic Work. C. WAYNE MILLS Phoenician Since 1912 Elsie Mae Delma for Elsie Mae.Delma, 29, who died Wednesday at the San Carlos Indian Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Lutheran Mission here.

Burial will be at Bylas Cemetery. Miss Delma was born in Bylas. She was employed for a year at the Furniture Repair Factory in Dallas, Texas. Surviving arc her mother, Rebecca, and sister, Marinda, both of Bylas. Walker's.

Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. Mr. Pollock, 2820 N. 28th died Sunday in Phoenix VA Hospital.

He was a Marine veteran of World War I and member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 725. Born in Mount Hope, he moved to Phoenix in 1925 from Hutchinson, Kan. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lorene D. Guinn of Phoenix; a sister and a brother out of state; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at the mortuary after 3 p.m. today. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Rosario Carrasco NOGALES Mrs. Rosario M.

Carrasco, 64, died Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital here. Funeral Mass will be at 9 a.m. today at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Nogales City Cemetery.

A native of Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico, she came to this area 30 years ago. She -is survived by two daughters, Mrs. MiguelCece- na of Nogales and Mrs. Abel Mendez of San Brenardino, Caljf. Carroon Mortuary handled arrangements.

Marie Mondotte llosary Planned Rosary for Mrs. Marie Mondotte, 88, who died Sunday in Good Samaritan Hospital, will be recited at 7 p.m. today in Whitney and Murphy Funeral Home, 330 N. Second Ave. Funeral Mass will be sung at 10 a.m.

Mrs. Mondotte, 2001 N. 24th was born in France and came ty the United States in 1900 fi)bm there. She came to Congress Junction in 1917 and to PKoenix in 1941. She was a charter member of St.

Agnes Parish, a member of the Order of Martha and Ladies Sodality in the church. Survivors include a son, Noel, and a daughter, Mrs. Mary McMurtry, both of Phoenix; a sister in France; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Friends may call at the mortuary after noon today. Guy C.

Hawthorne Services for Guy C. Hawthorne, 73, former operator of the Capitol Motel at 19th Avenue and Van Buren, will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback. Hawthorne, 2605 W.

Van Bureh, died Sunday in Phoenix General Hospital. Born in Sprankle Mills, he moved here 25 years ago from Ohio. He was a World War I veteran and member of Luke Greenway American Legion Post. Survivors include his wife, sons, Harvey'and Raymond; and a daughter, Mrs. Hazel May, all of Phoenix, and nine grandchildren.

Friends may call at the mortuary from noon to 8 p.m. today. Entombment will be in Memory Lawn Mausoleum with Luke Greenway Post members assisting. Viola Coale and burial for Mrs. Viola Lydia Coale, 69, who died Sunday in Northwest Hospital, will be in' Anderson, Brazill-Whitney Mortuary announced.

Mrs. Coale, 5017 W. LaMar, was a member of Central Methodist Church in Phoenix and a former employe of the Porters stores. Born in Carmi, HI, she moved to Glendale 10 years ago from Anderson. Survivors include two sons, John C.
