FOOTBALL'S FAMOUS ECKERSALL WALTER Nearly a Half-Century Has Passed, but Tiny Chicago Quarter Back's Feats Are Still Recalled By Charles Collins field except as an official, but they were ready to concede from the records that the modern game has not yet produced his equal in all-around performance.
