Ko-marek's wife, Edith, is also named as a defendant. Paid $191,200 in Deal The suit says Mrs. Sabath bought a half interest in a Tucson land parcel from Komarek for $191,200 on Feb. 21, 1955, on Komarek's representation that the property was worth $442,400, which would have put a $221,200 value on her interest.

Mrs. Sabath also was told, the suit said, that she would share in the revenue from a motel that was to be erected cm the site. Komarek was quoted as telling her the property was "a pretty good i mn oecause evcrvnr.e rn- ing south to Mexico City must pass our corner."
