Judge Ciano has known Smith and Miss Shore for several years. Arleiie Francis Escapes With Broken Collarbone NEW YORK (AP) - Television entertainer Arlene Francis' condition yesterday was reported satisfactory, after a Long Island auto crash left her with a broken collarbone. She is to be off the air indefinitely. Miss Francis, 55, lost control of her car on Northern State Parkway at Lake Success Sunday and| skidded on wet pavement over a divider and head-on into another car. One woman was killed in the second car, and four persons injured. Miss Francis suffered a minor concussion and scalp cuts and bruises. A spokesman for the hospital said Miss Francis is in "very good condition" and probably will have to remain in the hospital only a week. PARIS SHOPPING SPREE PARIS (UPI)—American singer Jane Morgan yesterday arrived here from London to spend two days shopping. She said she wants to buy a wig and a few hats.
