The bride teaches second grade at Leicester Elementary-School The groom is a Veterinary Technician with Charlotte Street Animal Hospital After a honeymoon at Topsail Island, the couple resides in Leicester.

The couple would like to extend a special thank you to Dixie Pittman and Verna Buckner for their help with wedding prepara- tions and a special thank you to all 'those from Zephyr Hills Free Will Baptist Church who helped during the wedding and the reception. ASHEVILLE Christy Jo Corn and Keith Duane Reason were married on June 26, 2004, at Zephyr Hills Free Will Baptist Church in Asheville. The Rev. Danny Gasperson officiated. A reception followed at the church.

The bride is the daughter of Jo R. Corn of Asheville and Gary J. Corn of Arden. The groom is the son of Frank and Margaret Reason of North Wilkesboro. The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her uncle, John David Rickman of Biloxi, Miss.

Bridesmaids were Michelle Berry and Jamie Slagle, both of Leicester, the bride's friends. Best man was Frank Reason, the groom's father, and groomsman was Kevin Reason of Morganton, Christopher Mitchell of San Jose, Calif, the groom's brother. Groomsmen were John Hamilton Lawrence of Chattanooga, Tenn, the bride's brother, John Michael Beman of Palo Alto, Calif, Jeff Chaiprakob of Birmingham, Ala, John David Inazu of Sioux Falls, J), and Steve Jayhoon Joh of Los Altos. Readers were Megan Kathleen Lawrence of Chicago and Justin Gary Reeves of Chapel Hill. Meredith Deford Clem of Lakeland, Fla, and Hailey Marie Turtle of Winter Haven, Fla, greeted guests.

The bride is a graduate of The Asheville School She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University. She is a fourth-year medical student at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. The groom is a graduate of Los Altos High School. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He is a high school science teacher at the Durham School of the Arts.

Best man was David Schlabach of West End, N.C, college friend of the groom. Music was provided by Trio La Mer, flute, cello and violin. Floral designer was Marco Island Florist. Photography was by Michelle Reed Photography Inc. of -Naples, Fla.

A rehearsal dinner was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Mark Schwab of Bethelehem, Pa, the bride's uncle and aunt. The bride is a graduate of Georgia Southern University at Statesboro. The groom is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Asheville.

After a honeymoon in Antigua, the couple resides in Weaverville. ASHEVILLE Kate Richardson Lawrence and Gregory Scott Mitchell were married on June 26, 2004, at First Baptist Church in Asheville. The Rev. Dr. Guy Sayles and the Rev.

Eddie Morgan officiated. A reception with dinner and dancing followed at Biltmore Lake. The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. John Elmore Lawrence Jr.

of Asheville and granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Richardson Daniel of Winter Haven, Fla, and Laura Bateman Lawrence of Winston-Salem and the late Rev. John Elmore Lawrence Sr. The groom is the son of Mr.

and Mrs. David Lloyd Mitchell of Los Altos, Calif, and grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. William' Edward McCune of Bryan, Texas, and the late Mr. and Mrs.

Wilbur Leonard Mitchell of Tarzana, Calif. Maids of honor were Laura Brooke Lawrence of Durham and Jane Walker Lawrence of Nashville, Tenn, the bride's sisters. Bridesmaids were Kelly Lawrence Anderson of Pensacola, Fla, Anjolie Elizabeth Laubach of Durham, Kristin Katherine Manteuffel of Wheaton, 111, and Rita Dudley Mitchell of Aiken, S.C. Best man was Mark MARCO ISLAND, Fla. Hannah Kathleen Dickson and Joseph Ronald Roddenberry were married on July io, 2004, at The Olde Marco Island Inn, Marco Island, Fla.

The Rev. William Russell of Bonita Springs, Fla, officiated. A reception at The Olde Marco Island Inn followed the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

John B. Dickson of Arden, N.C. Her maternal grandparents are the late Kathleen Barger of Asheville, N.C, and the late Arthur Loeb of Brevard, N.C. Her paternal grandparents are Margurette Summey of Brevard and the late John B. Dickson of Brevard.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Roddenberry of Cary, N.C. His maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs.

Joseph Mohr of Hot Springs, N.C, and his paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Gadson Roddenberry or Lexington, N.C. The wedding was attended by a small gathering of family and friends at The Olde Marco Island Inn overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. A reading was presented by the bride's sister-in-law, Brooke Dickson.

Miss Miller is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and works in medical sales. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jeanette S. Gwaltney of Asheville and the late C. "Les" Gwaltney, and the late Mr.

and Mrs. Ezra Miller Sr. of Clare, Mich. Mr. Burgess is a graduate of N.C.

State University and works in software sales. He is the grandson of Mrs. Beatrice Burgess of Siler City and the late Forrest Burgess, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Blaine H.

The Rev.

Mary Magnussun officiated. The bride is the daughter of Amy Binderim of Asheville, N.C, and Gary Binderim of Kingwood. The groom is the son of Nancy and Richard Foisner of Kingwood. Maid of honor was Rachel Binderim, and bridesmaids were Heath Binderim and Kelly Binderim, sisters of the bride. The best man was Neil Grimm, and groomsmen were Brandon Faint and Mike Myers.

Tristan Hernandez was the ring-bearer. Music was provided by organist Sheila Childers. Kelly Foisner, sister of the groom, and Jessica Hampson performed duets of "All the Way" and "The Lord's Prayer." Gary Showalter sang the solo "I Will Be Here." A reception in the church fellowship hall followed the ceremony. The bride is a 2003 graduate of Kingwood High School and currently attends Kingwood College. The groom is a 2001 graduate of Kingwood High School and is currently serving in the U.S.

Air Force in Kunson, South Korea. Following a wedding trip to New Orleans, the groom will return to Korea until December, when he will return home to reunite with his bride. The couple will then be stationed in Ramstein, Germany, for at least one year. f'. Daley of North Augusta, S.C, and Leah Haines of Nashville, Tenn, attended the guest register. The bride is a graduate of, Salem Academy and Gordon College to Wenham, Mass, where" she was a varsity athlete in volley-', ball, softball and basketball and', active in youth ministry. The groom is a graduate of the University of Montevallo Alabama. He is a Sales. Representative with Yellow Book-USA.

LEE NICOLE CHRISTIANSEN engaged to James Connor Carroll Christiansen-Carroll ASHEVILLE Marty and Lisa Christiansen of Asheville announce the engagement of their daughter, Lee Nicole Christiansen, to James Connor Carroll, son of Harry and Carol Carroll of Moorestown, N.J.
