The reunion is being held in the exclusive Lake Tarleton club, a mountain lake resort. Whitsett George Stiles, 31, was released by mistake yesterday in Felony court after one robbery charge against him was dismissed and authorities overlooked three other robbery charges. When the error was discovered, police were alerted and authorities called Joseph Malek, Stiles' attorney. Stiles was arrested last night near his home at 1856 Humboldt and returned to the jail. 2 Clerks Suspended The mix-up was attributed to the misplacement of papers by two clerks, Vivian Stephens, 40, and Andrew Krautter, 55, both assigned to the Felony court.

Warden Jack Johnson of the comity jail said they have been suspended. Makowski said that Stiles had been a prisoner in the county jail since July 1 after his arrest on a warrant charging robbery. Charges Not Filed On Aug. 25 three additional robbery charges were lodged against Stiles. The charges were not properly placed in his file, and they were overlooked by the clerks.

Judge Daniel Ryan dismissed the robbery charge against Stiles yesterday. Philip Racan. 2327 S. 59th Cicero, Sept. 8, 1965.
