Eichman of Rock-ford; two brothers; and two sisters. Leroy J. Stift Leroy J. Stift, 69, of Pompano Beach, a former resident of Chicago, died yesterday in Swedish Covenant hospital. Mr.

Stift retired in 1960 as yard- master at the Proviso yards the Chicago and North Western railway after 40 years with the company. He was a former general chairman of Railroad yardmasters of America. Sur viving are his widow, Esther; a son, Leroy a daughter Mrs. Dorothy Rowley; seven grandchildren, and three sis ters. Mass will be said at 9:30 a.

Elizabeth Engels, 77,. of 1514 E. Lake Glenview, died yesterday in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Helen Terry, 9025 National Morton Grove. She and her late hus band, Frank, owned Engels' restaurant at the Lake avenue address for 32 years.

It now is called Hackney's and is owned by her son, James Masterson, Other survivors are a son, Frank 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a sister. Mass will be said at 10 a. m. tomorrow in Our Lady of Perpetual Help church, 1755 Grove Glenview. Isadore Caller Isadore Galler, 80, of 5047 Sheridan founder and chairman of Galler Drug com pany, 651 S.

Wells st, died yes terday in Edgewater hospital. He was a board member of the National Wholesale Drug gists association. Surviving are his widow, Rose; two sons, Aaron and Emanuel, and two grandcniidren. Services will be held at 10 a. m.

today in the chapel at 1300 Devon av. Mrs. Mary Sidlo Mrs. Mary Sidlo, 84, died yes terday in the Pershing Con valescent home, Berwyn. She is survived by a son, George: tnree daughters, Mrs.

tomorrow in the chapel at 1567 Maple Evanston. Mrs. Jackson died Wednesday in Evanston hospital. She was the wife of Howard a former sales man ager of Jenkins Brothers, valve manufacturer. A sister also survives.

Deaths Elsewhere Vernon B. Comer, 61, service director of Infilco, a division of the Fuller company, water treatment equipment firm, who worked in the Chicago area from 1926 until he moved to Tucson, last year, a resident of Lockport, EL, for many years; in Tucson. Robert Hart Klaeger, 43, president and founder of a firm bearing his name that produced television commercials and industrial films, producer in 1961 of "Project Hope" which won the Oscar award for the best documentary film; in New York City. Miss Marjorie Lndwigsen, pioneer aviatrix and lieutenant colonel in the air force in World War' one of the first women to hold a commercial pilot's license, an attorney for the California state department of in Sacramento. Sullivan, 83, former New York state Supreme court justice who won the Carnegie medal of honor in 1921 for disarming a berserk man in a crowded courtroom; in Buffalo. James J. Devlin, 56, an Associated Press newsman for 28 ANGELS SCHOOL Mass for Sister Mary St Florence Casey, 71, of the Im: maculata convent, 4030 Marine will be said at 11 a. m. tomorrow in Our Lady of Angels church, 3808 Iowa st Sister St Florence died Wednesday in St Francjs hospital, Evanston, of a heart ailment.

She had been principal of Our Lady of Angels school, 3814 Iowa st, from 1952 to 1959. The school 'was struck by a fire in 1958 which killed 92 children and 3 nuns. The sister had been a teacher for 53 years, 31 of them in Chicago. She had been in retirement since 1959 because of poor health. Sister St.

Florence became a member of the Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1912. She subsequently was assigned as teacher or principal of schools in Chicago, North Hollywood, St. Louis, and Wichita, Kas. She is survived by a sister, Sister Mary St. Miriam, also of the Immaculata convent, and a nephew.

Mrs. Corine C. He was taken to a Memphis hospital-Killed in Indiana Charles Lambert, 30, of Portage, was killed yesterday and three persons were injured when his auto smashed into two gas pumps and a parked car in a filling station at 5694 Indianapolis East Chicago, Ind. The injured, all passengers in Lambert's car, are his wife, Janice, 29, who is in serious condition; Andrew Staats, 31, of Gary; and David Stevenson of New Palestine, who are in poor condition. They are in St. Catherine hospital, East Chicago. Police said that Lambert was eastbound in Carroll street and apparently ran a stop light at Carroll and Indianapolis boulevard.

He nearly hit a southbound auto in the inter section, then swerved into the filling station, hitting the pumps and an unoccupied parked car.
