Actor Bob Osborne Writes Book With Oscar Forecasts By VERNON SCOTT HOLLYWOOD (UPI) - Bob Osborne is an actor and Aca- an demy award historian who has written a definitive book on the Oscars titled "Academy Awards Illustrated."
