Ford of 101 E. 2nd second floor, was found Monday by a city employee along the railroad tracks on the south side of the 4th Street bridge. Police said the wallet contained several credit cards. Missing is a Master Charge card and a Central Counties Bank card. Also found were some items reportedly owned by a Charles J.

Homerick. Apartment Entered A first-floor apartment at 713 Lexington Ave. was entered about 8 a.m. Wednesday. Police said a pair of scissors was stolen.

The apartment is owned by Melvin E. Keith Portage RD 2. Rifle Missing Tullio F. Manna of 406 1st second floor, Apt. told city police his 3.5" Italian bolt-action rifle was missing from a first- floor apartment.

Bicycles Stolen Four bicycles were stolen in incidents reported recently to city police. A 24-inch 10-speed gray and black bicycle and a red and white girl's bicycles were stolen from a garage at 812 6th ave. sometime in July or August. The bikes are owned by Pauline J. Norton of 1511 13th St.

Ronald L. Keller of 2108 Maple Ave. told police someone stole a Huffy 10- speed dark-blue bicycle from a porch on his property between 11:30 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday.

The serial number is H07061Z59. The bike is valued at 5127. John C. Weindler, 14, of 3003 Pine Ave. reported to police his bicycle was stolen from the lot of Wissinger's Shopping Village along 31st Street about 6:45 p.m.
