W. Michalove, administrator of the estate of Maxine Evelyn Michalove, yesterday filed suit In superior court asking damages of $50,000 from the Order of Christian Education, Inc. The child was fatally Injured last July 31 at Waynesville while riding on a bus own'd by the defendant company.
