The grants support community based arts programs for the overall development of the arts in Buncombe County. Those organizations targeting under-served populations, emerging organizations meeting a special need in the community and projects that explore new and creative directions in the arts are funded through Regional Artist Project Grants The Regional Artist Project Grants Program is an annual grant program that provides financial support for committed, accomplished artists by funding a project pivotal to a career in their respective art forms.
