She worked at Wells Lamont Glove Factory for a number of years and was a practical nurse at Stabler's Convalescent Home and Dr. White's Clinic in McMinnville. She was a member of the Eagles and Rebekah lodges. Surviving are her sons, Wayne Carter, Cleveland, and Lee Carter, Rochester, daughter, Drusilla Streutker, Bremerton, and sisters, Ethel Brown, Lafayette, and Mrs. R.

J. McMillan, Cleveland, Okla. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Scott mortuary, McMinnville. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial 1 Park there.

Wright, 21, of 2075 Stortz Ave. NE, received $1,128 in unemployment while he was working, according to an investigator's report. A story in Thursday's Statesman-Journal gave a wrong figure for the abortion cutoff point in general use in Oregon. Abortions are generally not performed in Oregon after the 22-week point. However, abortions performed after 20 weeks are rare only 91 of 12,040 last year.
