Tyncr told of the needs for Civil Defense during times of war, saying that the main aini of the orsanixation at this time Was to keep productiort'iioing, Mrs. Tyncr a group of Ijuestions members to be asked. As. member asked the question, Mis. Tynef gave a complete informative answer, stressing the need for all to read Civil Defense? material and join volunteer services.
