Mr. Barlow was a WWII Air Force Veteran, graduate of Moorestown High School 1 939. He started with Rice and Holman in Pennsauken as a Salesman, working his way to General Sales Manager over a 20 year career. He moved to Mall Chevrolet in Cherry Hill and worked as General Manager from 1965-70. Mr.

Barlow opened Barlow Chevrolet in Delran March 3, 1971 and served as President and CEO until his retirement in the mid-nineties. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, past-President of Auto Dealers Regional Vice-President NJ Coalition of Automotive Retailers, past-Executive Board member of NJCAR, past-Trustee of NJCAR Group Insurance Trust. He was recipient of numerous awards and presentations from Chevrolet DivisionGeneral Motors Corp. and a member of the Chevrolet Dealer Council. To this day, Mr.
