Loving husband of the late Anna (nee Nicolardi) and proud father of Rick and his wife Linda and the late Alfred (Barbara); grandfather of Gina and her husband Maurice Christino, Erica, and Alicia; great grandfather of Maurizio and Valentina Christino. Survived by many dedicated nieces, nephews, and close friends. Alfred honorably served his country as a staff sergeant in the U.S.

Army during WWII. He was also a charter member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Sons of Italy. In 1963, Alfred founded Alanric Food Distributors and was a pioneer in the importing and distribution of Italian food products. This regional company evolved into Cento Fine Foods, which today distributes on a national basis. Affectionately known as Mr.

Alfred could be found in his office daily and was involved in the day to day operations of his company until the time of his death.
