McGARVEY Ronald Dworkin Legal scholar, 81 American philosopher and constitutional law expert Ronald Dworkin, 81, a liberal scholar who argued that the law should be founded on moral integrity, died of leukemia Thursday in London, his family said. Mr. Dworkin was a professor of law x.

He was one of the best known and most quoted legal scholars in the United States and was also an expert on British law Mr. Dworkin was best known for the idea that the most important virtue the law can display is integrity understood as the moral idea that the state should act on principle so each member of the community is treated as an equal. A frequent contributor to the New York Review of Books, Mr. Dworkin's own works included A Matter of Principle, Law's Empire, and Justice for Hedgehogs.

AP LORRAINE peacefully passed away on February 10, 2013 with her loving family surrounding her in Chesapeake, Virginia. She was born on November 6, 1934 in Pa, the daughter of the late George and Mary (Kubofcck) Gasper. Lorraine enjoyed travelling with her husband to their home in Bradenton, Florida each and every fall where they played shuffle board, Bingo and various card games with their friends. Stephen was a senior at the University of Maryland, majoring in English and Linguistics, at the time of his death. Long, Jr. Dana studied all religions and attended weekly services of varied religious denominations. He saw beyond surface differences and found where all religions meet and the common bond we all share as a collective humanity. Dana loved and embraced diverse languages and cultures. He lived in Europe three times and had broad knowledge and love of history and the arts.

He was fluent in FrenchSpanish and conversant in German ItalianPortugueseChinese. Dana led tours of Philadelphia and Amish country in three languages for 18 years. He was an international concierge at Phila. Independence Visitors Center, and for 14 years he worked for Motorola as a customer service liaison. Dana volunteered at United Way teaching refugees and at Temple University Tutorial Society tutoring students.

According to the Ventura County (Calif.) Medical Examiner's Office, Mr.

Bale lo died of asphyxiation from carbon monoxide and exhaust fumes. He was found in a car parked in a garage at his Simi Valley auction house, Bale lo Inc. Mr. Bale lo, known as "Rico Suave" on the series, which follows a team of auctioneers who sell off the contents of reclaimed storage units to buyers, drew interest for the outfits he wore to auctions and for the large sums of cash he took to auctions to buy items. According to the Ventura County Star, Mr.

Bale lo was arrested at his business Saturday on charges of possession of methamphetamines. According to Mr. Balelo's bio on website, the auctioneer was born in Portugal and lived in Brazil until the age of 14.
