She is a reporter for KXMC-TV in Minot. Her fiance is the son of Richard E. and Marlene M. Brown of Salem. A graduate of South Albany High School, he is an aircraft mechanic in the U.S.

Air Force, stationed at Minot Air Force Base. An Aug. 23 wedding is planned in Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Bismarck. Houser Cecil Marcie Marie Houser and Jerry Lee Cecil both of Salem, have announced their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gary E.

An Aug. 2 wedding is planned in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Salem. Charles and Vinita Foland WOODBURN Charles and Vinita Folund of Woodburn will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 12, at the Hood-view Church of God, 1530 Mount Hood Ave.

A Sept. 19 wedding is planned in Faith Lutheran Church in Keizer. Norman Norris Rhonda Lee Norman and Todd Andrew Norris, both of Salem, are engaged to be married.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richard E. and Sandra L. Norman of Rickreall. A graduate of Dallas High School and Western Oregon State College, she is a physical education and health instructor at St. Joseph Catholic School.

Her fiance is the son of Betty J. Norris of Salem and the late Louis R. Norris. A graduate of Sprague High School, he works at Truax Oil Co. An Oct.
