She was bom in Greece and came to Salem 5 years ago from California. Survivors include husband, Lyle daughter, Stacey Hunter, Salem; sons, Clair Dallas, Texas, and Nichols Salem; several sisters and brothers in Greece.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Interment will be private. Arrangements are by Virgil T.

Golden mortuary. The family suggests contributions to the church's memorial fund. Leonard Clayton Fair SILVERTON Leonard Clayton Fair, 67, of 860 W. Main died Friday at the Benedictine Nursing Center in Mount Angel. A native of Voltaire, N.D., he was a laborer and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include sisters, Edna Cline, Silverton, and Grace Mund-lein, Winner, S.D. Private services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday at Unger mortuary. Private interment will be in Silverton Cemetery. Ragnvald O.

Solum MOUNT ANGEL Ragnvald O. Solum, 93, Mount Angel Towers, died Saturday at Silverton Hospital. He came from his native Norway to Springfield in 1905, moved to Silverton in 1907 and to Mount Angel in 1977. He was a lumber inspector for Southern Pacific railroad, a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and a veteran of World War II. Survivors include daughter, Evelyn Goffey, Silverton; two grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Silverton. Interment will be in Valley View Cemetery, Silverton, under directon of Unger mortuary. The family suggests contributions to the church. Treva Jon Jewell LAFAYETTE Treva Jon Jewel, 29, of 66 S.

Market died Saturday at home after a short illness. She was bom in McMinnville and was raised in Lafayette. Survivors include mother, Shirley Eckerson, stepfather, Lorin Ecker-son, son, Thomas all of Lafayette; sisters, Tina Arnold, Leona John Herman Elleser ALBANY John Herman Elleser, 52, of 950 Airport Road, died Thursday at home of a heart attack. A native of Eva'nsville, and an Air Force veteran, he came here in 1967 from Anaheim, Calif. He worked at Wah Chang for 7 years and was a maintenance man for Albany School District and a self-employed welder.

Survivors include daughters, Sandy Maestas, Los Angeles, Gloria Jean Bashaw, Buena Park, son, Keith Eric, Buena Park; sisters, Helen Kimble, Indio, and Billie Rehrman, Scottsdale, three grandchildren. Services will be at Westminster Park mortuary, Westminster, Calif. Local arrangements are by Fisher mortuary. George E. Brooks George E.

Brooks, 79, of 510 Churchdale Ave. died Friday at Salem Hospital Memorial Unit. Bom in Arlington, Iowa, he came to Salem in 1941 from Kelso, and retired from farming in 1960. He was a member of Salvation Army and Salem Senior Citizens. Survivors include wife, Gladys son, Earl Salem; brothers, Clarence, Vancouver, Ralph, Kelso, Earl, Longview, and Paul, Roseburg; sister, Maude Jones, Forest Grove; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Howell-Edwards-Doerksen mortuary. Private interment will be in Restlawn Memory Gardens. The casket will be open from noon to 9 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.

The family suggests contributions to Salvation Army, P.O. Box 7047, Salem 97303. MILL CITY Dorothy Elmira Peterson, 74, of 989 NW Alder died Friday at Shedd. She was bom in Santa Cruz, and came to Oregon from California as a child. She came to Mill City in 1945 from Portland and worked for the postal service in Lyons for 17 years.

She was long-time mother adviser of Mill City Rainbow, past president of Mill City Garden Club and a member of EOS, AARP and Mill City Eagles Auxiliary. Survivors include husband, Ervin; daughter, Jean Cuppy, Portland; sisters, Ardith Brusasco, Mill City, Barbara Cascaito, Portland, and Mary Smith, Vernonia; five grandchildren and several greatgrandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Huston mortuary, Lebanon. Private interment will be in Fox Valley Cemetery, Lyons.

Glenn Wallace LEBANON Glenn Wallace, 72, died Saturday at Lebanon Community Hospital. Services are pending at Huston mortuary. France B. DeBeaumont France B. DeBeaumont, 81, of 11122 State died Friday at Salem Convalescent Center.

He was bom in France and came to Salem in 1965 from Miami, Fla. He was in the Merchant Marines during World War II and worked on ships until retirement. He was a member of Seamen's International Union. Survivors include daughter, Ber-nice Freeman, Salem, and two grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m.

Tuesday at Virgil T. Golden mortuary. Private entombment will be at Mt. Crest Abbey Mausoleum. Nora Hester Robertson PORTLAND Nora Hester Robertson, 91, a former resident of the Tumer-Salem area, died Dec.

4 at Friendship Health Care. Bom in Winona, Kan, she came to Oregon as a child. She lived most of her life in the Salem-Tumer area and was a member of Turner Rebe-kah Lodge and Methodist Church. Survivors include son, Oran B. Robertson, Portland; stepdaughters, Mina Percival, Olympia, and Margaret Lusk, Creswell; stepson, Bill Hesseman, Twain Hart, two grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Cloverdale Cemetery under direction of Wilhelm mortuary. John J. Strode McMINNVILLE John J. Strode, 44, of 148 W.

22nd died Thursday at home. He was bom in Boise, Idaho, and graduated from Boise State College in 1970. He owned and operated Picture Perfect Photo Co. Survivors include wife, Monini; son, John, Eugene; daughter, Susan, Corvallis; brothers, David and Ben, both of Idaho. Services will be 11 am.

She was bom in Centralia, raised in Dayton and graduated from Oregon Normal School (now Western Oregon State College).

She taught school in Dayton, Lafayette, Gaston, Pleasant Dale, Union Vale, Grand Island, Web Foot and McMinnville. She came to McMinnville in 1970 from Dayton. She was a member of Arrahwanna Club, Daughters of the American Revolution, Champoeg Chapter, Newberg, and China Painting Club. Survivors include daughter, Mari-lee Stoinoff, Portland; brothers, Le-Iand Newhouse, Dayton, and John B. Newhouse, Tillamook; sister, La-vonne Waller, Salem; a grandchild.

Guggisberg, 72, of 365 Wagon Wheel Drive, died Friday at Lebanon Community Hospital. He was bom in Leona and raised in Douglas and Lane counties. He came to Linn County in 1938 and to Lebanon in 1941. He worked for Gilbert-Eaton Logging retiring in 1965, and was a member of Lebanon Senior Citizens Center. Survivors include wife, Margaret; son, Robert, Albany; brothers, John and Fritz, both of Cottage Grove, Virgil, Chinook, and Ernest, Pismo Beach, sisters, Fre-derica Schad, Elkton, Edna Annand and Ann Wood, both of Salem; and Marlene, Sacramento, six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

NE, died Thursday at home. Born in she moved with her husband to North Howell in 1943 from Oklahoma. They owned and operated a berry farm until coming to Salem in 1967 after retirement. She was a member of Keizer Nazarene Church. Survivors include her husband, Henry O.

He was bom and raised in Sheridan and moved to Dayton where he operated a garage and owned and operated Dayton Sand Gravel Co. He sold the business in 1968 and moved to Salem where he lived for 7 years before coming to Milwaukie. He was a member of BPOE Lodge 1283 in McMinnville, St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Milwaukie and Dayton Lions Club. Survivors include wife, Viola; brothers, Earl Heider, Salem, and Clare Heider, Neotsu; sisters, Nell Scharschmidt, Woodburn, Zelda Harper, Portland, and Lorena Alexander, Hood River.

She was bom in Baker and lived in Idaho, moving to Siletz in 1909 and in 1940 to Jacksonville where she owned and operated a nursing home. She moved to Eugene in 1968 and to Lebanon 2 months ago. She was a member of Seventh-day Adventist Church. Survivors include daughters, Frances Foster, Lebanon, Ella Rice, Sacramento, Bertha Rigby, Molalla, and Sadrae Sparks, Aberdeen, sons, David Kimball, Florence, and Eldred Kimball, Aberdeen; sisters, Doris Rider, Seneca, and Jean Metzker, Yreka, 19 grandchildren and several great- and great-great-grandchildren. Sunday Rev. O'Linn McGuire Jr. YACHATS Rev. O'Linn McGuire 66, Kings died Thursday at Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport. Bom in Lincoln, he came to Yachats in 1979 from Astoria.

In the ministry since 1938, he served Yachats Community Presbyterian Church. He was a member of Yachats Lions Club.
