OVERHOLSER, James 67, Corvallis, 4 p.m. Fellowship. births Esther Kinsey Hendricks ALBANY Esther Kinsey Hendricks, 88, of 719 SW 11th died Thursday in a local nursing home after an extended illness. She was born in Kenton, Ohio.

She moved to Albany from Boise, Idaho in 1973. She was a member of the Albany United Methodist Church. Survivors Include sons, James Albany, and Robert Rochester, N.Y.; sister, Florence Crider, Youngtown, and six grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Willamette Memorial Park.

The family suggests contributions to the Oregon Heart Association. White, William N. Lena Madelina Goodell McMlNNVILLE Lena Madelina Goodell, 62, of 1512 West 7th Court, died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born in Terre Haute, Ind. She moved to California as a child, and spent most of her life there. She married Homer H.

Goodell in Reno, Nev. in 1916. They moved to McMinnville in 1978. She was a member of the Lutheran Church in Pittsburgh, and attended St. John's Lutheran Church in McMinnville.

She was an active member of the AARP, American Association of Retarded People. Survivors include husband, Homer; daughters, Wilma Pennington, McMinnville, and Linda Arnold, Battlecreek, Mich; brothers, Walter, Edward and Arthur Bloeksom, all of California; sister, Anna Compomizzo, California; and six grandchildren. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Scotts mortuary. Interment will be private.

Thompson, 74, of 2655 W. Highland Drive, died Thursday at a Corvallis hospital. He was born in Philomath. He was a lifelong resident of Benton County. He worked for Benton Electric Co.

and the U.S. Postal Service, and logged and farmed. He was a member of the Corvallis Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his daughter, Frances Opal Thompson, Corvallis; sister, Mary Opal Henkle; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m.

Tuesday at De-Moss-Durdan mortuary. Private intement follows at Mount Union Cemetery. The casket will be open to friends from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.

The family suggests contributions to the Benton County Cancer Fund. Elias L. Welch Elias L. Welch, 100, of 160 Bush St. died Saturday in a Salem nursing home.

He was born in Kansas, moved to Salem in 1913 from Illinois and was a self-employed electrical contractor. He owned and operated the E.L. Welch Electrical Co. from 1928-62. He was a member of First Christian Church.

Survivors include daughters, Elsie R. Parke, Elizabeth W. Arpke and Anona Porter, all of Salem; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Belcrest Memorial Park under direction of Howell-Edwards-Doerksen mortuary.

Shelley Lynn Cummings OTIS Shelley Lynn Cummings, 5, of Rt. 2, Box 324, died Friday in a local hospital after a short illness. She was born in Lincoln City. Survivors include parents, Mr. and Mrs.

Linden Cummings; sisters, Renee and Jennifer, Otis, and Michele Shaffer, Newport; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. L. D. Cummings, Lincoln City, Mr.

and Mrs. E. P. Louaillier, Eugene; and great-grandfather, William McNeil, Port Townsend, Wash. Services will be at 2 p.m.

Monday at Martin's Pacific mortuary. Private interment follows at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland. The family suggests contributions to the Faith Baptist Christian Kindergarten. Gerald Dankenbring DALLAS Gerald L. Dankenbring, 39, of 231 NW Sunny Drive, died Friday in a Salem hospital after an extended illness.

He was born in Goodland, Kansas. He moved from St. Francis, Kansas, to the Willamette Valley in 1955. He settled in Dallas in 1964. He was an employee of Dallas Garbage Service for the past six years.

He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Lutheran Church. Survivors include wife, Billie; sons, Dennis, Steven and Troy, all of Dallas; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Dankenbring, Dallas; and brothers, Marvin, Albany, Donald, Monmouth, Robert, Salem, and Kenneth, William, Stanley and James, all of Dallas. Services will be at 2 p.m.

Tuesday at Bollman mortuary. Interment follows at Dallas Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to the Gerald L. Dankenbring Memorial Fund, care of Bollman mortuary. fires i Frank J.

Wagner MOUNT ANGEL Frank J. Wagner, 99, of Mount Angel, died Friday at a Silverton hospital. He was born in Odessa, Russia. He moved to Mount Angel in 1945 from Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include daughters, Barbara Brier, Hollywood, and Darlene Blei-baum, Bismark, N.D.; sons, Joseph and Peter, both of Coeur D'Alene; brother, John, in Germany; six grandchildren, five greatgrandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Rosary will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mount Angel, with mass following immediately. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Mount Angel.

The family suggests contributions to a favorite charity. Inez R. Bester Services for Inez R. Bester, 77, of 2037 Nebraska St. NE, who died Friday at her home, will be at 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday at Virgil T. Golden mortuary. Interment follows at City View Cemetery. She was born in Oregon. She lived in Portland for many years before moving to Salem 25 years ago.

She retired from Meier Frank in 1963 after working several years as a clerk in the clothing department. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors include sister, Bernice Mason, Salem, and brother, Harold W. Reeves, Springfield. The family suggests contributions to the Oregon Heart Association, 1500 SW 12th Portland 97201.

William N. White William N. White, 63, of 1923 Writing Court SE, died Friday in a local hospital. He was born in Salem. He graduated from Salem High School.

He attended San Mateo Junior College and the University of Oregon. He served during World War II as a Marine pilot. Following the war, he worked as a flight instructor at the Salem Airport. He retired after 15 years with H.L. Stiff Furniture in 1979.

Survivors include wife, Ethel; daughter, Marilym L. White, California; son, Glen Salem; and sister, Nadine Jones, Santa Clara, Calif. Private family services will be held under the direction of Virgil T. Golden mortuary. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1645 12th St.

SE, Salem 97302. Florence Grace Harding WILLAMINA Florence Grace Harding, HI, Rt. 1, Willamina, died Friday in a McMinnville care center. She was born in Willamina. She was married in 1922.

Survivors include her daughters, Eleanor Dygart, Salem, Virginia Lamson, Willamina; sons, Ralph, Lubbock, Texas, Kenneth and Richard, Willamina, RoU-rt, the Willamette Valley, Bruce, Tigard; 30 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Services will be at 2 m. Wednesday in Adamson Sheridan mortuary chapel. Interment will be in Buck Hollow Cemetery. Inez M.

Heaton Inez M. Heaton, 89, of 6222 13th St. SE.died Saturday in a local hospital. Survivors include husband, Homer Salem. Virgil T.

Golden mortuary is in charge of arrangements. Robert E. Bessey Robert E. Bessey, 72, of 4732 Westlawn Court SE, died Friday in a local hospital. He was born in Sheridan Wyo.

He lived in Longview, where he worked for Long Bell Lumber Company, for 20 years. He moved to a Powell Butte ranch in 1947. He later worked at the Wampler-Werth ranch, retiring in 1979 and moving to Salem. His wife, Geraldine, and their infant son, preceded him in death in 1944. Survivors include daughter, Myma Irene Hohnstein, Salem; sisters, Edna Turhune, Moses Lake, and Ruth Carico, Cen-tralia, brother, Earl, Powell Butte; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Arrangements are pending at Virgil T. Golden mortuary. Pearl Tinseth Services for former Salem resident Pearl Tinseth, 67, who died Friday in a Mesa, Ariz, hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Baptist Church. Interment follows at Belcrest Memorial Park.

February NEWPORT CITY Edward Louis Reeser ALBANY Edward Louis Reeser, 79, of 5353 SE Columbus, died Saturday in a local nursing home.

He was born in Almyra, Ark. He moved to Idaho as a child and to Albany in 1916. He was a butter maker at the Albany Creamery for 20 years. In 1942 he bought Pates Creamery, and operated it as Reeser's Creamery until 1964. He served as president of the Oregon Dairymen's Association in 1946, and had taken prizes as a judge for the association in butter and ice cream.

He was a charter member of the South Albany Community Church. Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Elmer Clum, Albany, and Mrs. Arthur Shelton, Toyko, Japan; son, Willis, San Luis Obispo, brothers, William, Walter and Ray, all of Albany, and Cecil, Pasco, sisters, Lena Erb, Jane Erb, and Marie Widmer, all of Albany; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday at South Albany Community Church. Interment follows at Willamette Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Fisher mortuary. The family suggests contributions to the OMS International, care of the mortuary. Harold L.

Roberts CORVALLIS Harold L. Roberts, 81, of 2950 N.W. Garfield died Saturday at a Corvallis nursing home. Services are pending at DeMoss-Durdan mortuary. Molly Beaulaurier Molly Beaulaurier, 82, a former Salem resident, died Feb.

23 in Mountain View, Calif. She was born in Canada. She was head bookkeeper at Salem Hospital Memorial Unit for 30 years before moving to California. Survivors include daughter, Frances M. Walker, San Jose, sons, Larry Orinda, Gerry Burlingame, and Martin Menlo Park, 14 grandchildren and fourgreat-grandchilren.
