North Penn rallies for dramatic win The Way to a Beautiful Lawn Simplicity North Penn scored twice in the last five minutes Friday for a 3-2, come-from-behind victory over host Pennsbury in a Suburban One League National Conference girls soccer game. With the win, NP (14-2 overall, 11-1 SOL) moved one point away from clinching the conference title. The Maidens will only need a tie Tuesday against Harry Truman to clinch it. They posted a 7-0 win over Truman in the teams' first meeting April 19. NP trailed 2-1 Friday until Meridith Crowell notched the tying goal with five minutes remaining.

She spun on a volley and drilled a shot into the upper corner of the net from about 20 yards away.
