ORDINANCE MO. 771 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF WILLOW STREET BETWEEN MADISON STREET ON THE WEST AND TENTH STREET ON THE EAST AND DEDICATION OF CUL DE SAC AT THE NORTH END OF MADISON STREET FOR THE PUBLIC USE AS PROVIDED IN REPLAT OF CERTAIN PARTS OF IRREGULAR LOT TWELVE (12) IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SEW) OF SECTION NINE (9), TOWNSHIP FIFTEEN (15) NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN (11) EAST, AND LOTS ONE (1) and THREE (3) IN BLOCK THREE (3), MARSH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BLYTHEVILLE, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
