James E. Russell of 273 St. Paul street, died yesterday morning of consumption after a sickness of one year. The funeral will take place from St. Mary's cathedral on Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock with interment In St.

Joseph's cemetery. The deceased is survived by three sisters Mrs. W. P. Brown of St.
