Theater Oxit of Business Milwaukee, April 4 UP) The Port Players, foremost summer stock theater company in the Milwaukee area, will not operate this season because of increased costs and Milwaukee Braves baseball. Dygert, 86, who was football captain of the University of Michigan in 1892 and 1893, died yesterday of a heart attack in his home at 8156 Loomis blvd. After receiving his law degree in 1898, Dygert played with a professional football team sponsored by mine owners in Butte, Mont.

He played several years before going into law practice in Montana, specializing in mining law. He came to Chicago in 1917 and practiced law until his wife's death in 1953. He had been married to the former Alberta Quirk for 56 years. Dygert is survived by two sons Edwin athletic director of Calumet High school, Beilfuss Natitorium and George B. of Cincinnati and a daughter, Mrs.

Jane Holl of Havana, Cuba. Services will be held in Mount Hope chapel, 115th st. and Fairfield at 3 p. m. Saturday.
