Maguire, 73, a former grain broker on the Chicago Board of Trade, will be said at 10 a. m. Friday at St. Francis of Rome Catholic church, 1431 S. Austin Cicero.

Mr. Maguire, formerly of 1814 S. 59th Cicero, died yesterday in the Woodbine Convalescent Home in Oak Park. He is survived by three daughters, Margaret Cerny, Dorothy Duepner, and Jane Solon; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three sisters. Visitation will be after 6 p.

RO 4-1617. FUNERAL FredS. Boyd Mass for Fred S. Boyd, 70, of 623 Lakeview Round Lake, who retired in 1962 as proprietor of Boyd's pharmacy in Round Lake, will be said at 11 a. m.

today in St. Joseph's Catholic church, Round Lake. Mr. Boyd died Monday in his home. He was a past president of the Round Lake sanitary district and the Round Lake Lions club.

He had been a Round Lake alderman for 16 years in the 1930s and 1940s. Surviving are two stepsons, John F. Murphy and William J. Murphy, the latter a former state representative; and three sisters. Mrs.

Dorthy Dopp Cruise Services for Mrs- Dorthy Dopp Cruise, 29 Emerson Mount Prospect, will be held at 2 p. m. tomorrow in the Community Presbyterian church of Mount Prospect, 401 N. Main st. Mrs.

Cruise died Monday in the Brookwood Convalescent home in Des Plaines. She had been a teacher in West elementary school for 20 years. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Wendelyn Knapp; a grandchild; her mother, Mrs. Edda Dopp; and two brothers.

Russell G. Conklin Services for Russell G. Conklin, 50, of 207 S. Forrest Arlington Heights, statistical manager for the Kemper Insurance company office at 20 N. Wacker will be held at 1:30 p.

m. tomorrow in the chapel at 2000 E. Northwest Arlington Heights. He died Monday in Evanston hos pital. He also served as au ditor for Wheeling township.

Klein, 44, of 2048 Farwell former manager of the Merchants and Manufac turers club in the Merchandise Mart, died yesterday in Skokie Valley hospital. He had been manager of the club from October of 1958 until shortly after becoming ill last September. He was a former catering manager of the Standard club. Surviving are his widow, Myrtle; a son, Billy; a daughter, Kar- lynne; his father; a brother; and two sisters. Charles Karlovsky Charles Karlovsky, 69, of 2106 Winona Berwyn, died yesterday in his home.

He had retired last year as mailing room foreman for the Comic Weekly division of Hearst Publications, 2615 LaSalle after 30 years. Surviving are his widow, Natalie; a daughter, Mrs. Adrienne Knes; and two grandsons. Services will be held at 1 p. m.

Friday in the Christ Lutheran church, East avenue and Harvard street, Oak Park. Julias J. Mojonnier Julius J. Mojonnier, 75, of 28W171 Beecher Winfield, died yesterday in Sarasota, Fla. Mr.

Mojonnier was chairman and founder of Mojonnier Broth ers company, 4601 Ohio manufacturers of food processing machinery. Surviving are his widow, Eleanor; two sons, David and John; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Hughes; two brothers, eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Mrs. Joseph T.

Thornton Services for Mrs. Evangeline Thornton, 94, of Schenectady, N. who died yesterday in her home, will be held tomorrow in Schenectady. She leaves her husband, Joseph who formerly was associated with what now is the Scranton Publishing company, 35 E. Wacker two daughters, Mrs.

Justice reenters He was 68. Justice Greenberg had been walking with his wife, Mary, when stricken. Justice Greenberg was first elected to the state Supreme court bench in 1944. He was born Henry Greenberg in Durham, N. C.

After forensic honors in high school, his fellow students insisted on adding the name of a famed orator and he became Henry Clay Greenberg. The judge drew nation-wide attention last Oct. 18 when he banned the film, a comedy about an Arab potentate who forms a football team and beats Notre Dame by throwing a drunken party for the players the night before the big game. He was rushed to St. John's hospital where he was pronounced dead. 5 Terms as Representative Lelivelt, who lived at 1231 S.

15th Maywood, had been Democratic committeeman from Proviso township for the last 32 years. He served five terms as state representative from the 5th district. He was a partner in the law firm of Lelivelt Swidler Juron, 33 N. La Salle sL In November, 1962, he ran as a candidate for Superior court judge and lost to Republican Charles R- Barrett by 1,843 votes. In addition to being the Proviso township committeeman, Lelivelt headed the Democratic country towns committee.

In April, 1961, he directed the campaign that brought Democrats a sweep of the Proviso township elections and gave the party its first supervisor in the township's history. Sponsored Bank Law As a state representative he headed the House banking committee and in 1961 sponsored the bill passed into law which enabled the state to claim bank deposits untouched for 15 years and put them into the sagging state pension program. He was a critic of the Illinois Toll road commission in the early days of its operation and was named to a legislative committee to investigate the toll road body's operation. Lelivelt graduated from the Kent College of Law in 1916 and was in private practice until 1932 when he was named an assistant state's attorney by State's Atty. Thomas J.

Courtney. He later became chief deputy sheriff of Cook county under Sheriff John Toman and served as chief baliff of the Criminal court under several sheriffs. He is survived by his widow, Susan; three daughters, and four grandsons. Osama Shimiza, 56, head of the Japanese section of the Ori- entalia division in the Library of Congress, a native of Ottawa, who studied in Australia and Japan; in Bethesda, Md. Mrs. Bessie J. Butterfield, 73, widow of Charles Butterfield, former Associated Press radio and television columnist, a na tive of Goose Creek, I1L; in Lakeland, Fla. Albert Kahn, 80, former oper ator of a Wisconsin resort often used as training headquarters for professional boxers and later operator of a tavern; in Tomahawk, Wis.

Minnie Vogt Maurer, 84, widow of Irving Maurer, president of Beloit college who died in 1942; in Pleasant Hill, Tenn. Joseph M. Williams Joseph M. Williams, 60, of 10339 S. Hale died yester day in his home.

Before retiring, Mr. Williams had been a salesman for Acme Steel com pany for 28 years. He was a past president of the Acme Foremen's club. Surviving are his widow, Pauline; a daughter, Mrs. Doris Chase; three sons, Joseph, James, and Rob ert; nine grandchildren, and two sisters.
