My Dear Sir: At the meeting of our Church Council held just after the reception of All Saints Episcopal College Building from your hands, the Trustees of the College embraced in their report the following commendation of you as Contractor and Builder: "Upon receiving the Building, your Trustees expressed to the contractor, Mr. I. C. Garber, of Jackson, their very grateful commendation of the manner in which he performed his office, the harmony with which he had worked with Architects and others concerned, and which had characterized all his intercourse with his employes, and the care and pains and skill with which he had brought his labors to so successful an Issue.

We think it due this faithful and competent gentleman to repeat to the Council the substance of what was declared to him." This testimony was unsought, and was given because It is true and because it is just to you to express our unqualified approval of you and your work. To Whom It May Concern: This is to certify that Mr. I. C. Garter, of Jackson, Miss.f erected for us in 1007 a three-story warehouse and office building. The manner in which Mr.

Garber handled this contract was eminently satisfactory. The work was all first-class and contract was finished within specified time and the building now stands, the best warehouse In the State of Mississippi. Dear Sir: It has occurred to me that perhaps you flight wish to know whether or not Mrs. Rodgers and I are pleased wpith our new residence, which is now practically completed. With this In view, permit to say that the entire job is very satisfactory, and It gives me pleasure to tell you we are well pleased, the more so for the rcaron that we were forced to be absent from I-tturel for three months, during which time the work prognMcd without delay.

The further fact of the architect being absent two months adds to the credit you deserve as contractor. Since our return, we have inspected every corner lnsldo and out, and cannot see where the quality of workmanship could be Improved. Your brother, Jim also deserves credit for his supervision during the entire course of construction. In conclusion, let me add that 1 feel confident that anyone contemplating the ereetion of a new house, whether a dwelling, school-house, business block or what not, I would consider them fortunate if you were awarded the contract. Twenty-five thousand dollars Is a large amount of money to put Into a residence and for you to know that we are pleased with the Job will no doubt be some satisfaction to you.
