on Sept. 4. A new logo for the hall will be unveiled at the dedication. Admission to the dedication ceremony is free and open to the public. In its previous location, just a short walk east of Lambeau Field, the Packers Hall of Fame has drawn thousands of visitors over the years.

In 1997, benefiting from the enthusiasm of a Super Bowl win, the hall drew a record 259,019 visitors. It is the most successful hall dedicated to a single professional sports franchise in the United States. By moving to Lambeau Field, the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame seized an opportunity to put more artifacts on display and take advantage of new technology to update the entire exhibition with dozens of DVD-fed flat screens some interactive, some set off by motion detectors. The Packers' three Super Bowl trophies will be on display, and visitors will be treated to a new video that captures the rich tradition of one of the most storied franchises in the history of professional sports. The hall of fame's most popular features have been retained, but new areas have been added and increased emphasis has been placed on educational and interactive activities for younger fans, who will be able to try on uniforms, throw and kick footballs and run an obstacle course.
