m. Thursday in his home. A .38 revolver was found beside his left hand. Coroner Theron Ehorn said Bruno Joseph Niedziela. 39, Route 2, apparently committed suicide.

An inquest is scheduled for 7 p. m. tonight in the Ehorn Funeral home, Richmond. Niedziela owned and operated the Spinning Wheel Tavern, located at the intersection of Routes 12 and 31. Sheriff Melvin Griebel, Deputy John Carroll and Coroner Ehorn investigated the death.

According to the report, the body was found in a stairway leading from the basement into a bedroom. Five bullets remained in the gun found by his side. Niedziela's wife, Sabina, stated that he had been "moody" and "worried" for some time.
