Tribune Obituaries Josephine Vanstrom dies; was Minneapolis streetcar driver Josephine F. Vanstrom, 74, one of the first women streetcar drivers in Minneapolis, died of leukemia Saturday at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. Her John Derus, Minneapolis, is a Hennepin County commissioner and a chief lobbyist for the proposed Hennepin County light-rail system. She attended Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School and graduated from the old St. Anthony High School. She married John Derus after high school and drove streetcars in Minneapolis and St. Paul for about 10 years before they were phased out Fiterman Harriet age 80, of RI. 4, Ailkin, MN, died Dec.

20. 1987 at the Atkin Community Hospital. She has resided in the Aitkin area the past 35 years. She is survived by daughter, Bonnie Mabrey, St. Louis Park; sister, Dorothy McKay, St.
