This Year "Going-Away-To-Camp" is the order of the day in Girl Scouting this month and next. Twenty-three Girl Scouts under the leadership Miss Norma Jean Nelson left Huron Sunday, July 16, for a week of camping at Camp Sakajawea on Lake Kampeska, near Walertown. The girls were Jean and Lois Artz, Joann Beadles, Nancy Burger, Donna Boone, Patricia Brumwell, Patricia Callahan, Wanda Cantonwine, Do- Parker, WilJiow Lakes, and Watertown. Mrs. R.

R. Trickey. Lincoln, will direct the staff of 14 adult leaders in a complete Girl Scouting program of swimming, sports, handicraft, outdoor cooking, hiking, trailing and nature study. The following Huron Girl Scouts have chosen their week's camping at Camp Lewis and Clark near Pierre July 26-August 10' lores Freske, Joyce Gilland, Ann Maryrose Hyland, Patricia Haze. Several helpful demonstrations on different kinds of buttonholes were given and it was decided that Verna Van Zee and Betty Kunkle would represent the club with a demonstration on Achievement Day.
