He was charged as a repeat offender because of a 1988 conviction for first-degree sexual assault. A jury trial has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Aug. 18, for David J. Carry, 33, Manitowoc, who is accused of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and by use of a vehicle while having a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.10 percent. He allegedly had a level of 0.14 percent when his car crashed, killing a passenger, Daniel S.

Chitwood, on Oct. 25 on School Road in the town of Wrightstown, a complaint says. Lynn A. Cauwenbergh, 22, 1969 Eastman was given three years probation and 45 days in jail for causing an injury in a hit-and-run traffic crash. She also was ordered to pay $4,860 restitution and write a letter of apology, and her driving privileges were revoked for one year.

She was found guilty of leaving the scene of a crash that left a person injured on Nov. 22 at East Mason and South Baird streets. Michael J. Potthler, 22, 7290 County Abrams, was given three years probation and four months in jail for being party to delivery of marijuana. He also was fined $1,040 including court costs.

Vincent. COURTS In Brown County Court, Archie L. Dudley, also known as Archie L. Randall, 25, 113572 Cass was sentenced to four years in prison for second-degree sexual assault. He also was ordered to pay $80 in costs.

He was found guilty of having sex with a girl, 14, whom he invited into his house to watch movies, a complaint says. Jon Canwell, 21, formerly of 1415 Donald was given four years in prison for operating a vehicle without the owner's consent. The term is to run at the same time as a term he is serving for a Nov. 2, 1990, burglary conviction. He was charged as a repeat offender because of the burglary.

He pleaded no contest to taking a 1992 pickup from a Green Bay auto dealership on March 25 or 26. A complaint" says he drove the truck into a guard rail in Sheboygan County. Lee M. Wendorf, 31, 1324 San Jose Place, was given 18 months probation and 30 days in jail for a misde meanor charge of entry into a locked vehicle. He originally was charged with being party to burglary.

As conditions of probation, he is to pay $60 in court costs and restitution not to ex ceed $3,000, and to perform 100 hours of community service. The charge involved theft of tools from Schoen Construction warehouse, 135 Packerland Drive. Jerod R. Rhone, age unavail able, an inmate of the Wisconsin prison system, got three more years added to his sentence for selling cocaine. The term is to run consecutive to a sentence he is serving for second-degree sexual assault in Dane County in 1989.

He received the prison term for one count of selling cocaine, and five years probation and a $1 ,000 fine for a second count. Both occurred in January. He was convicted as a repeat offender because of the sexual assault 1912, in Earl Park, to the late Charles and Marie (Berendson) Wetli. He married Viola Frye, July 8, 1947, in Green Bay and she preceded him in death March 14, 1993. Mr.

Wetli was owneroperator of Wetli's Landscape Service and A.B.W. Sod Farms. He was a member of several landscape organizations. Al enjoyed skiing and was an avid nature lover. He is survived by one son, Steve Wetli of Gloucester, two daughters and sons-in-law, Peg Wetli and Tim McCloskey, Hudson; Mary Ann and Fred Stehr, Okemos, two grandsons, Jeff and Mark Stehr; one sister Gerry Gleason, Green Bay; one brother, Brother Elred Wetli, Vulcan, Panama; nieces and nephews.

Alex E. Zuleger Alex E. Zuleger, 56, 127 Camilla Green Bav, died unexpectedly, Thursday, July 22, 1993 at a Green Bay hospital. He was born Feb. 24, 1937 to the late Velma and Ervin Zuleger.

Alex was a 1955 graduate of Hortonville High School. He served with distinction in the United State Marine Corps and the Ap-pleton Police Department. He married the former Joyce Ann Langnehs at St. Edwards Church in Mackville, Wis. Alex was currently employed as an area manager at P.urns Security International.

He was a manager of St. Bernard Catholic Church of Green Bay. His hobby and his love of life was as a proud grandfather of five. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Ann; one son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Mary Zuleger; one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Dave Bornhuetter; five grandchildren, David, Samuel, Christopher, Michael, Bethany; one brother, Jim Zuleger, one sister and brother-in-law, Karen and George Hamilton, one sister-in-law would like to pay their respects. He was born on October 4, 1922 in Ann Arbor, Mich, to the late John and Mary (Higgins) Laughlin. He served in the U.S. Army from 1942-1946 in the South Pacific. In 1949, he graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Harbor with a B. A.

degree in Economics. James married the former Mary Allen on August 8, 1948 in Kalamazoo, Mich. She preceded him in death on April 30, 1992. Survivors include three sons; David (Maureen), and Steven, both of Green Bay; Kenneth, Virginia Beach, one daughter, Janet Laughlin, San Francisco, a daughter-in-law, Cherryl, Green Bay: two grandchildren. Sara and Ryan Laughlin, one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Gloria, Jackson, two sisters, Dorothy McKay, Sunnyvale, Ellen Hoffman, Bar-stow, and many nieces and nephews.

Army during World War II from 1941 to 1945 and survived the attack on Pearl Harbor. He was a member of the VFW Rothschild Post 8895. Survivors besides his wife, Sophia, include a son, Harold J. "Hal" Bruyere; a grandson, Travis A. Bruyere, both of Laramie, Wyoming; a granddaughter, Kimberly Weier, Mineral Point.

Dr. Willard J. Croxall, died Saturday, July 10, 1993 in Engle-wood, Florida. He was born in Aberdeen, Washington on November 11, 1910. He graduated from Notre Dame in 1932 and received his doctorate in 1935.

He was a member of the American Chemist Association. He is survived by his wife, Ber-nice (Verrier) Wolf Croxall, formerly of Green Bay. He is also survived by his five children, Mary Beth Wahl, Angola, Indiana; Trude McDermott, Coarse-gold, Martha Papandrea, Elkhart, Indiana; Willard J. Croxall, and Stephen Croxall, Elkhart, Indiana. Ethelmae (Hujet) Hoppe Ethelmae (Hujet) Hoppe, 70, of 600 Birch Rothschild, formerly of Green Bay, died Wednesday, July 21, 1993 at the Wausau Hospital. She was born November 18, 1922 in Green Bay, daughter of the late Louis and Josephine (Raymond) Hujet. She married John Hoppe in 1947 in the parking lot of the Irene Moore Activity Center in Oneida in January. Larry L. Campbell, 19, 3576 Van Lanen Road, is scheduled to plead Thursday, Aug.

19, to a charge of operating a vehicle without the owner's consent. The vehicle was a 1987 Blazer. Kristl Blake, 20, Black Creek, will plead Monday to two counts of being party to forgery. The charges involve $29.67 and $23.72 checks writ ten in August. JackR.

Edwards, 21, 412 North ern is scheduled to plead Friday, Aug. 13, to charges of being party to theft and burglary. He is accused of involvement in the theft of two snowmobiles from a town of Suamico man and in the burglary of American Surface 3135 W. Deerfield Road, town of Suamico, in February. 2, to a charge of criminal nonsupport. He allegedly failed to provide support for a son from March 1, 1992 to March 1, 1993. Dennis Hart, 20, 240 Nicole Ann Circle, Bellevue, will plead Wednesday, July 28, to a charge of delivery of marijuana. He is accused of selling the drug Aug. 11 in Green Bay.
