THE STORE THAT All Save Two of a Class of Forty-two From the Graded Schools. Forty-two members in class. Thirty-five promotions. Thirty-three enter high school. One will teach.

One to hoarding school. Twenty-nine will take manual train ing. Twenty-eight will take the Latin course. The class which goes from the Jefferson building this year to the high school. Is probably the strongest class ever promoted from the eighth grade in the Iola schools.

It is decided that thirty-five members of the class of forty-two are certain of promotion while several others may be promoted. The remarkable feature of the class Is the fact that all hut two will enter the Iola high school. Miss Pearl Ford expects to secure a country school and take up teaching and Mary Northrup expects to attend a higher school in the east and will not enter the Iola high school. This means that every member of the class will still continue to study. Several years ago it was not an un common thing to have a third of the class quit school upon finishing the work in the eighth grade.

Mnnnal Training: for OlrR The teachers In the Jefferson build ing are expecting the school board to take some measures for the establishing of a girl's manual training de partment in the high school next year and one of the questions which was inked the members of the class was whether or not they would want to 'ake manual training work. Of the class only six stated that they ivould not want to take the work. The will be given lessons in sewing while the boys will be given work In planning, sawing and finish work. The members of the Jefferson eighth grade class who are certain of promotion are: Ruth Allison. Claudia Bowers.

Bare. Phoue 18. TO WOMEN A Little Sound AdTlce Will Help Many a Sufferer in Iola. No woman can be. healthy and weli if tbe kldnevB are sick.

Poisons that pass off in the urine when the kidneys are well are retained in the body when the kidneys are sick. Kidneys and bladder get inflamed and swollen, crowding the delicate female organs nearby and sometimes displacing them. This Is the true cause of bearing-down pains, lameness, backache, sldeache, etc. Uric poisoning also causes headaches, dizzy spells, languor, nervousness and rheumatic pain. When suffering so.

try Doan's Kidney Pills, the remedy that cures sick kldnej-s. You will get better as the kidneys get better, and health will return when the kidney's are well. Let an Iola woman tell you about Doan's Kidney Pills. Mrs. Sarah Hamilton, of 201 South Walnut street, Iola, Kans, says: "For a year or more before I got Doan's Kidney Pils at Chas.

B. Spencer 6 drug store, I had severe pain in my back Just acrrtss the Tolns, especially noticeable when about to retire at night. I could not He on my hack without suffering, and added to this there was distressing retention of the kidney secretions. For two or three days at a time there would he no passage I read about Doan's Kidney Pills curing others and I got them A few doses proved that I was taking the right remedy. When I stopped taking it the action of my kidneys was normal, the backache was relieved and I was no longer troubled with dizziness, while my general health was improved.

My -daughter also used Doan 's Kidney Pflls and values them as highly as I drt." For sale by all dealers. Price 50 cents. Foster-Milburn Buffalo, New York, sole agents for the United States. Remember the take no other. Try a Want In tha Reglafar.
