Ginell Special to The Times Having unveiled Richard Fel- American Decam- last season, Southwest Chamber Music is quickly turn- ing it into a calling card. The ensemble recently re- corded this hourlong song cycle, and they will be taking it on tour to Vienna in March. A small gathering heard the piece at the Colburn Zipper Hall on Tuesday night, with six of the eight par- ticipants from the recording in place. The dark-hued soprano of Kathleen Roland sang and, at times, declaimed the text. Now that the piece has emerged from the Sept.
