THE PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF GREENVILLE GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA MEMBER FEDERAL RESER VI SYSTEM MEMBER FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION MY ANSWER by Billy Graham have been told that Ood an swers prayer, but as often as pray, I do not seem to receive any answer to my prayerl Can I still continue to believe that Ood answers prayer? A.M.R. iioa answers prayer in way quite like parent answer requests of their children. I'rayer may be thought or aa being a time of com mumon with Cod, and making our requests Known to Him. It Is per naps that God does not give what you want that makes you think that He is not answering. It has been suggested that God may answer our requests In three possible ways.

Either yes, no or wait a while. When God's answer is yes, it Is because our prayer accords with His will. Surely, you do not ex- Jiect an answer when the request contrary to His will. The Bible says, "Ye ask and ye have not because ye ask amiss that ye may consume it on yourselves." When God's answer is no, It is because what you have asked is contrary to His will and would not be for your good. You must understand that what is contrary to God's will Is not for your good.

What is ac cording to his will is for your good. When Hod i answer is, "wait awhile," it is because what you ask would not be for your good now, but later. It is a matter of timing. But you may be sure of this that just as His word and promise Is true, so God will answer your prayer. This Is the faith of the Christians.
