With regular season and postseason play over for all of these potential players, the field for this year's tournament is expected to be one of the strongest ever. Some 81 teams from a five-state area are entered in the annual event, which has become one of the biggest tournaments of its type in the United States, and these teams will play more than 100 games before champions in each of the five classes are decided Saturday night. Tbe excellent attendance is expected as a result of the change in the tournament dates to some two weeks later than has been the custom.
