LISTEN! HEARING AIDS FOR CHILDREN By H. H. Plemmons, Certified Hearing Aid Audiologist Do you know about hearing aids for children? This is a highly important branch of the hearing aid program. Usually school teachers are first to suspect hearing difficulties in pupils.

Under such circumstances, the hearing aid specialist becomes a health-team member. He works with the child and parents. And he consults with the family physician. Hearing aid tolerance by a young child is a problem. He may develop a tendency not to turn on the device.

He may also have troubles with squeal or auditory feedback, or with receivers, cords and battries. He may become backward when he is with playmates. Such difficulties can be overcome with proper training by the hearing aid specialist. Learn the answers. Be sure to call or visit our hearing aid center.

If you have any questions concerning your hearing, or have any interesting facts or stories on please call, visit or write to us at PLEMMONS HEARING AID SERVICE Authorized.
