The Wednesday Musical Club of Kerrville opened the radio station broadcast Thursday with a program in observance of National Music Week, when an hour's entertainment of solos, trios, choruses and Instrumental selections by noted composers went into the other.

This portion of the first day's program was arranged by J. B. Young-, junioi ch-ilrman of the Fifth District, Texas Federated Clubs, and accompanist of the Kerrville club, and included such local music talent as Mrs. Young-, Mrs. C.

W. llemy, Miss ney Mitchell, Mrs. George M. Doyle, Miss Harriet Garrctt, Mrs. Jack Stevens and Mrs.

L. H. Howard. Following- the program observing National Music Week short talks by 10. II.

Prescotl, A. H. Burton, and L. Mason. Kerrville bankers and business men, were made concerning- the value of a radio I as an advertising medium and an en- lei talnmenl feature for I h-e Hill Country.
