Newer homes include the in the kitchen area and the garage is connected, or actually a part of the house. Included in the Real Estate Guide is a handy Homefinders Guide, a listing of important aspects to be considered when you are visiting prosecti ve homes. It is a form to be filled in with specific and pertinent data about each home you visit.
