KERRVILLE Robert F. Bugg, 68, of Kerrville, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 1999, in a Kerrville hospital. Mr. Bugg, a resident of Kerrville since 1978, was born on Nov. 30, 1930, in Swannanoa, N.C., to William F.

and Caroline Bugg. Mr. Bugg was a graduate of North Carolina State and received his master's degree from Trinity University in San Antonio. He served his country faithfully in the United States Air Force, serving from 1950 to 1974. Survivors include his wife, Mrs.

Christine S. Bugg of San Antonio; son, Kristopher Bugg of Houston; mother-in-law, Elvira Sanchez; and father-inlaw, Richard Sanchez.
