26-- WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29, 1972--NEWS RECORD Ross teacher, church elder Mr. and Mrs. John (Marjorie) Russell are the parents of Rachel Lynn Russell, their fourth daughter. She was born March 20, 1972, at North Hills Passavant Hospital. The Russells live at 156 Richmond Circle, Ross.

Both parents are active in Christian education work at the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North Hills, Thompson Run Road. Russell is a church elder and a ninth grade social studies teacher at the Carson Intermediate School. Mrs! Russell is a registered nurse. Rachel Lynn's three sisters are: Rita Jean, 8, Ruth Ellen, 7, and Rebecca Ann, 4. Rachel Lynn weighed 7 pounds, ounces at birth.

Danielle Elizabeth Beckwith was born March IV1972, at North Hills Passavant Hospital, She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Sandra) Beckwith of 9130 Collingtpn Square, McCandless. they have one other child, Maxton, age2.

Area grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Richard S. Ashcom 243 Crestmont Road, McCandless; and Professor and Mrs. Thomas G.

Beckwith of 4229 Estates Court, Hampton. Prof. Beckwith teaches mechanical engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, The Beckwiths are lifetime residents of the North Hills. Jacqueline Ann Fortunato was born 18, 1972, North Hills 'Passavant Hospital. She weighed 6 'pounds, 3 ounces.

Mr. and Mrs. Alviri (Arlene) Fortunato, 102 Harleston Drive, Ross, are the parents. They have two children: Darren, 6, and Randy, 3. Fortunato is active in the North Boroughs Jaycees, and Mrs.

Fortunato belongs to the Berkeley Hills V. Dayna Michelle Singley, was bom in North Hills Passavant Hospital, March 16, 1972. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 Dayna's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Edwarji (Beverly) Singley, 97 Frankfort West View.

She is their first child. Mr. and Mrs! William R. Bittner, also of Frankfort Avenue, are the grandparents. Dayna also has great-grandparents in the North Hills.

They are: Mrs. Ella Means, 3648 Brighton Road, 27th Ward; and Mr. and Mrs. August Bittner of 970 Perry Highway, Ross. The Singleys have lived in West View for eight years.

Meghan Maud Joyce is the third child of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Joyce of 131 Elmwood Drive, Shaler.
